Dear Court Magistrate Judge Wilfred John Schneider Jr in the proceedings of justice, fairness, and moral responsibility in the matter before this court in the petitioner Doctor Eric Tomomi Shigeno’s request for Civil Harassment Restraining Order against defendant James Martin Driskill, a peacebuilder that holds an informational networking ideal known as a trust ladder. In this trust ladder as defined by memespace [ namespace ] by internet domains, the absolute possibility to create an informational communication tool that can be used to create a #TRUSTBINDING inclusive of parties that are involved in conflict, especially intractable conflict, that could indeed provided the intervention of digital works at new upper reach of resource available to persons who are end of a rope dangling over a cliff and that rope is unwinding to it’s fiber threads as each one of these persons who fall into this lineage of the erosion of trust of every aspect of their lives being detached from every aspect of supportive care structures that could hold them above a safety net that is imaginary to even fathom that this hundreds of feet drop of a cliff could even save them from their broken ability to reach to a reconciliation process of those who they are in conflict of, either individually one to one or as a one against a collective like a business organization. In that, the American culture society does not have such a tool at the graphical user interface coded services yet, does not mean that the namespace that is live active right now as we speak is disempowered from this function coded manually. It is my goal sometime soon to code an interface onto a new "Internet of Things" resource of a "technology-assisted conflict resolution system". In that, I cannot seem to fathom why there is so much resistance against such a concept to be activated upon our internet information society.

In that reaching for this augmented conscience rings out the worst oppression ever imagined that people who are acting in secret agendas would, of course, be highly against such a thing to exist in our world. That is what we have here in this case. The doctor that is at the hidden motives to file this civil case of a petition for harassment and a restraining order has never -- one word at all responded to me to the calling of a community awareness problem that must be taken into a consult and corrected. There seems to be conflict of interest such as I just described and it would be my highest hope that this court is not corrupted to hold the interest and allegiance of such special interest corruption against my calling for having something --- anything -- a message of sanity - addressed to this court ---- for everything I have is ready for a jury's open ear to listen to the evidence.

If I am unsuccessful at this civil level case without a counsel attorney representation, your Honor the only way to proceed for me is to break such an enforced acted restraining order so that I do indeed get court-appointed counsel in a criminal proceeding as representation to proceed to a case that will be -- I guarantee it -- the case of the century. The proceeding of this case will, of course, be referenced.. Your name will be etched into the history books, your honor. No matter who, what, why, how, or when you come across this message, slide into the role as being a peacebuilder with me and bring a sense wiseness of unity by following the words of Pope Francis call to the Nation in Front of Congress Sept 2015.
